Ok... I know I'm not pretty. (my poor wife) But I'm pretty effective at selling a property for a great price in a very reasonable amount of time.

New Health & Childcare Centre Opening in 2020

The Monarc Health & Childcare Hub, in Everton Park, has commenced construction and is expected to be open by mid-2020.

Located at 55 Woolworths Street, Everton Park, the Health & Childcare Hub is the first stage of a 1.1 hectare mixed use urban precinct called Monarc that received Brisbane City Council approval in June.

Local Brisbane developer Rogerscorp is developing the holding, which will ultimately include the Health & Childcare Hub, accompanied by four residential apartment towers.

Three tenants have already pre-committed to the development, making it 90% occupied.

The Monarc Health & Childcare Hub totals approximately 2,763 square metres over 3 levels, and features 72 carparking bays with all levels connected by elevators.

The Everton Park Medical Centre was secured on a 10-year lease with two 5-year options by Harry Dever and Chris O’Driscoll from Colliers International who are exclusively marketing the first stage of the development. They will be occupying 600 square metres within the Hub and will be co-located alongside two other pre-committed tenants.

One of them is Harmony Early Learning Journey which is founded and operated by Chris and Gabrielle Giufre. They will open a 112 place childcare centre after signing a 20-year lease term with two 5-year options through Mitchell Willet from Cushman & Wakefield.

The third tenant will be a Chemist occupying 200 square metres which Rogerscorp has secured on a 10-year lease term with two 5-year options.
